As an Inside Account Manager, you will develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships. You will do this by identifying customer needs, informing them about our products or services and providing solutions to their challenges. It’s critical that we provide super-fast response times to customer orders and quotation requests that may come in via telephone, fax, or email. Coordinating with our outside sales team and other departments to ensure that customers receive the best service possible is a must .
